East Mountain Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. All through the summertime months highs here at East Mountain Reservoir get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. For the period of the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to East Mountain Reservoir. What a place this is for outdoors folks. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling

| | on Payette River - North Fork; Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a good place to get some rest. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the Salmon River Mountains. A round of golf at nearby Cascade Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time, and a good close by hotel is Ashley Inn.

than one day, Trinity Pines Camp & Conferenc is a fine place to camp nearby. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Salmon River Mountains. Payette River - Middle Fork has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and
hiking along the Bear Wallow Trail is magnificent fun.
East Mountain Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Clear Creek Inn is a great local campground, and why not take a
refreshing hike along the Skunk Creek Trail. Not much rain falls here at East Mountain Reservoir; most of the snow falls throughout December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Take a hike on the Sixmile Trail, and obviously Ditch Creek flows through this area.
