There's so much to do here at East Artifact Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Shoshone RV Park is a magnificent spot for that; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wilson River. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Hope Reservoir is close at hand; Days Inn Jerome/Twin Falls is a great site to get some rest. Through the long summer days, highs typically are in the 80's at East Artifact
Reservoir; the overnight is a bit chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for East Artifact Reservoir.
There are other sites here than East Artifact Reservoir, for example Horseshoe Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is fine on Snake River. Not much precipitation falls here at East Artifact Reservoir; January is the month that gets the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July.
