Do stop by Dutch Lake while you're in this part of Idaho. Camping at Thatcher Creek Campground is always a perfect experience, and don't leave Dutch Lake without first going for a hike along the Bear Valley Creek Trail. Be careful coming to the Sawtooth Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. There's whitewater on Marsh Creek for all you adrenaline people, and a magnificent spot to camp here at Dutch Lake is Lola Creek Campground. Through the summertime

| | months at Dutch Lake highs are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are mostly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Dutch Lake.

Dutch Lake, simply incredible.
From a rainfall point of view Dutch Lake is a rather typical place; January is the month that gets the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dutch Lake; Camptender Trail is a fine local trail; there's good hiking along the Blue Bunch Trail.
