Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Marys Creek, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Heifer Spring. Dry Lake is not the only place close by, Otter Reservoir is a close by lake, and you can go for a hike on the Damon Trail. | | are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and night lows at Dry Lake during the winter frequently fall into the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Otter Buttes is painless to spot from Dry Lake, unsurprisingly you could also take a look at Harris Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. | |
