     Why not camp at Wagon wheel Motel and RV Park since you're here at Dry Creek Reservoir, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Snowbank Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at close by Long Lost Creek since you're here at Dry Creek Reservoir. Lakes? Sure, Swauger Lakes is in close proximity. High temperatures at Dry Creek Reservoir during the long summer days are in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.  
   For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Dry Creek Reservoir during the wintertime frequently sink into the 0's.
It is very dried up here at Dry Creek Reservoir frequently; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Lost River Range will keep you coming back time and again. There are other sites here than Dry Creek Reservoir,

I'm trying to find out some info from someone who has done the loop or semi loop, what I'm doing, wondering what the creek crossings are going to be like. I'm going about as early as you should in mid June so I'm wondering what its going to be like. doesn't matter cause I'm going anyway but just wanna be prepared. I've got years of pack experience so weather isn't a factor. As long as I can drive to the trail head fine and the trail isn't covered too much in snow....
