At Dougal Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Owyhee River - North Fork; Hardesty-Cherry Creek Dam is not far at all from Dougal Reservoir.
