Around Don Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the snow is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful.       Do visit Slick Reservoir next to Don Reservoir, it's a stunning lake. For the duration of the summer at Don Reservoir highs are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's.
