If you are in Idaho county it's always a good idea to stop by Dog Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Appendix Lake in the vicinity of Dog Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Deep Creek Trail. For the duration of the warm months at Dog Lake highs are regularly in the 90's while overnight lows are frequently in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Dog

of the great places here in the Wallowa Mountains. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more amusing stuff to do here in the Wallowa Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Seven Devils Campground is a wonderful place
to camp; do take a hike on the Heavens Gate Trail. And if that's not enough there's a heap more entertaining stuff to do in the Wallowa Mountains. There's whitewater on Snake River for all you adrenaline kick people, and the vista
of Mount Belial is wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Western Mountain Lodge is a good choice.
