The beauty of Dishpan Lake attracts many people from all around. Summertime highs at Dishpan Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Dishpan Lake fall into the 20's. Dishpan Lake is a beautiful lake in the Clearwater Mountains. On a good day at Dishpan Lake you can take a hike along the Anderson Butte National Recreation Trail; Dishpan Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Race Creek Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. This | |

If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Clearwater Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lochsa River, and everyone loves Old Man Meadows. This location, the Clearwater Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things.
There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Lochsa River, and you can stay the night at Race Track Campground.
