This lake is one of the great places here in the Lemhi Range. Yeah, come up here to the Lemhi Range for a pleasant time. Camping at Devils Lake is good fun, Big Eightmile Campground is a good local campground; Dairy Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. At Devils Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The cold days of the       wintertime come with highs in the 30's; overnight lows in the 0's for Devils Lake. Don't leave Devils Lake without first going for a hike along the Snowbank Trail, and you get a pleasant panorama of Gunsight Peak from here. This lake is so wonderful. Devils Lake is a pleasant location to camp, Big Creek Campground is a pleasant location, and popping by Craters Of The Moon National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
