Take a hike on the Grouse Mountain Trail; if you get bored of Dennick Lake you could also take a look at close by Bloom Lake. After a long day outdoors Best Western Kootenai River Inn Casino & Spa is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. It is very dry here at Dennick Lake commonly; the month with most of the rain is November while July is the       month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the long summer days at Dennick Lake highs are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the winter for Dennick Lake tend to be in the 20's. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Dennick Lake.
