Many people like to go to Deer Lake. So many exciting things near Deer Lake, absolutely impressive. A quick journey to Brandon Creek next to Deer Lake is a great idea, and a brilliant sight of striking Concord Hill is available. There's so much to do here at Deer Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Orogrande Summit Campground is a perfect place for that, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Salmon River - South Fork. Whohoo, so much entertaining

| | stuff in one place! The Clearwater Mountains is great! If you need a place to stay Western Mountain Lodge is a nice choice. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Deer Lake has to offer, you can camp at Wildhorse Lake Campground.

You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Clearwater Mountains has to offer. You'll discover a picturesque lake called Oregon Butte Lake near Deer Lake, and the Reed Bar Trail is a wonderful
hiking trail close by. Through the summertime at Deer Lake highs are frequently in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are regularly in the 30's, and overnight
lows in the 20's for Deer Lake. At Deer Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is February.
If you come at the right time of
year, Clearwater River - South Fork offers some splendid whitewater, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Nellie Mountain Trail.
