Lots of people from Rexburg come to Davis Lake, and a good close by hotel is Comfort Inn Rexburg. It is very dehydrated here at Davis Lake ordinarily; most of the rain falls through June, and the driest month is February. Do check       out Egin Lakes near Davis Lake, it's a pretty lake; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Teton River. Having a nice time at Davis Lake is uncomplicated. Kelly Canyon is a good local ski area. Throughout the warm months at Davis Lake highs are typically in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while the cold winter                  nights at Davis Lake are in the 10's.
