Beautiful Crystal Lake has much to offer visitors. Not much rainfall falls here at Crystal Lake; most of the rain falls during May while July is mostly the driest month. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Crystal Lake while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's while Crystal Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Salmon River Mountains. Why

| | not stop at nearby Black Lee Creek while you're here at Crystal Lake, and Jumbo Basin is a great spot here at Crystal Lake. This lake is so wonderful. An out of the ordinary thing to explore near Crystal Lake is Browns Pond Dam; if you're here at Crystal Lake, checking out Slick Rock is a must. here to Crystal Lake for a great time. Crystal Lake is right by the Box Lake Trail; if you need a spot to stay AmericInn McCall is a glorious choice. Crystal Lake is not the only place close by, Anderson Lake is a close by lake, and
hiking along the Boulder Driveway Trail is tremendous fun. Crystal Lake is a nice location to visit for more than one day, Black Lee Campground is a nice location to camp nearby. All the outdoors amusing things in the Salmon River
Mountains will keep you coming back time and again. Stay the night at Lake Fork Campground, and after a long day outdoors Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Near Crystal
Lake you come across Fall Creek Saddle which is a good spot to visit, and a great location for whitewater paddling is Payette River - North Fork.
