Bighorn Creek flows through this area, and you don’t have to go far from Crater Lake to distinguish the water at Hoodoo Mine Number One Dam. Summer at Crater Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's. All through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Crater Lake are in the-10's. Crater Lake is pretty waterless frequently; all through December this area sees

| | the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dike Lake is a good lake near Crater Lake, and a good spot to camp here at Crater Lake is Marshall Creek Campground. After a long day outdoors SnowRun by ResortQuest is a nice spot to spend a night or two, and The Gunsight is around here, and is a tremendous location. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Yellow Belly Trail, and a journey to Crater Lake wouldn't be complete | |

without taking a look at Slate Creek Hot Spring. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River - Yankee Fork, and Salmon River is a wonderful whitewater spot close
by. There are other locations here than Crater Lake, for example Gunsight Lake, and charming scenery and good skiing is what you acquire at Sun Valley. Having a good time at Crater Lake is uncomplicated. If you want to stop at
some attention-grabbing stuff, stop at Chinese Wall; Crater Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Holman Creek Campground is a tremendous local campground.
