Idaho has many beautiful lakes and Cougar Lakes is one of them. Western Mountain Lodge is a brilliant place to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Salmon River - South Fork. Any time is a great time at Cougar Lakes if you fancy the outdoors. There are fine places to discover along the Kennally Creek Trail; you have to definitely dedicate some time to Aspen Flat if you're here at Cougar Lakes.
