Continental Lake is a good place of common rainfall; most of the snow falls through December, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is pretty, you acquire a delightful view of Continental Mountain from Continental Lake, and get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Boundary Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool       things close to Continental Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Plowboy Campground is a wonderful site to camp; while you're here, you could also visit pretty Trap Lake. If you need a place to stay Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a delightful choice, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Priest River. Summertime highs at Continental Lake usually tend to be in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down                  to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Continental Lake temperatures sink to the 10's.
