What a nice lake Collie Lake is. The Sawtooth Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Marsh Creek is a wonderful whitewater spot near Collie Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Collie Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lola Creek Campground. Yeah, come up here to the Sawtooth Range for a great time. Collie Lake is not the only site close by, Lola Lakes is a close by lake; nearby you hit upon the Blue Bunch Trail which

Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Collie Lake rocks! Head up to Brundage Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and going for a hike on the Camptender Trail is always a wonderful adventure. There is a great hiking trail close to Collie Lake called the Bear Valley Creek Trail; here at Collie Lake you can make out Cape Horn Mountain. January is the one with the most snow while July is frequently the driest month.
Be careful coming to the Sawtooth Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go
whitewater paddling on Salmon River - Middle Fork. Huffman Creek is a scenic stream that is worth checking out. There's so much to do here at Collie Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Fir Creek Campground is a great place
for that. Throughout the days of summer highs here at Collie Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 40's. During the winter highs are usually in the 30's with temperatures at Collie Lake dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
