This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Grave Creek Campground; a splendid place close by is Jim Corneilson Canyon. Not much rainfall falls here at Chesterfield Reservoir; through May this area sees the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. There's whitewater on Blackfoot River for all you adrenaline junkies, and Portneuf Dam has splendid water scenery. Going for a hike on the Portneuf       Presto Trail is always a good adventure, and beautiful scenery and fine skiing is what you obtain at Pebble Creek. High temperatures at Chesterfield Reservoir through the warm months are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Chesterfield Reservoir. This place, Chesterfield Reservoir, it definitely has so much outdoors cool stuff.
