Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Center Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Payette Lake Campground is a perfect local campground, and a pretty lake like Mac Han Lake is a great spot to explore. So many entertaining things to do here in the Salmon River Mountains, too tremendous to be true. Why not take a refreshing hike along       the Crestline Trail. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do near Center Lake. The Broken Leg Trail offers hiking at its best; if you need a location to stay AmericInn McCall is a tremendous choice. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Center Lake; Lava Butte Trail is a great local trail, and after a long day outdoors Whitetail Club and Resort is a good spot to spend a night or two. Center Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains.                  This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Upper Payette Campground is a fine place to do that, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to French Creek Lakes. There's whitewater on Payette River - North Fork for all you adrenaline kick people; swing by Bolton Creek it's a splendid site to check out. During the long summer days, highs frequently are in the 90's at Center Lake, and the night is fairly chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Center Lake through the wintertime commonly plunge into the 20's.
