Summertime highs at Center Creek Lakes typically tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Center Creek Lakes nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. The Old Nez Perce Indian Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Center Creek Lakes; if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water,       you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Creek. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Clearwater Mountains. You can see Center Mountain from Center Creek Lakes, and Center Creek Lakes is a delightful site to camp, Corey Bar Campground is a delightful site. Center Creek Lakes gets a normal amount of rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. You just can't envision the amount                  of outdoors exciting things the area next to Center Creek Lakes has to offer. On a fine day at Center Creek Lakes you can take a hike along the Nez Perce Trail, and whitewater paddling is great on Salmon River. Camping at Center Creek Lakes is delightful fun, Bruin Creek Campground is a delightful local campground, and there are other sites here than Center Creek Lakes, for example Brown Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a perfect hiking trail close to Center Creek Lakes called the Chamberlain Trail; don't forget to pop by Bear Point while you're here. Center Creek Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Clearwater Mountains.
