Idaho has many beautiful lakes and Caribou Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the White Mountain Trail. Lakes are delightful; Keokee Lake is a lake that's near Caribou Lake. Don't leave Caribou Lake without first going for a hike along the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail; you can run the rapids of Pack River. This lake is so wonderful. A good location to camp here at Caribou Lake is Sandpoint Koa Kampground, and

| | a nice place for whitewater paddling is Priest River. If you go for the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Caribou Lake. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a glorious place to get some rest; not far from Caribou Lake you'll locate Colburn Lake which is a scenic lake. Camping at Lake Rv is always a good experience, and you can hit the slopes at Schweitzer nearby. are in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Caribou Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. The view of stunning Mount Casey near Caribou Lake is delightful,
and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT NORTH is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. From a precipitation point of view Caribou Lake is a relatively common site; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that snows the most, and July is the month with the least moisture.
