In Idaho there are many beautiful lakes, Buffalo Lake is one of them. Robinson Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Buffalo Lake has to offer, you can camp at Cave Falls Campground. At Buffalo Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Gray Wolf Inn & Suites is a pleasant choice. There's so much to do here at Buffalo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park is a tremendous place for that. on the West Boundary Trail. Good hiking is available along the Boundary Creek Trail, and whitewater paddling is nice on Falls River.
Summertime highs at Buffalo Lake usually tend to be in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures
are in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Buffalo Lake.
