What a nice lake Breakdown Reservoir is. Breakdown Reservoir is a location that is pretty arid frequently; the month with most of the rain is November; July is when it's the driest. There's nice hiking along the Rough Trail, and the Red Trail offers hiking at its best. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Breakdown Reservoir reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the

Why not take a refreshing hike along the Forty-Four Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Owyhee River - South Fork offers some pleasant whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. | |
