Beautiful Bower Reservoir has much to offer visitors. There is a delightful hiking trail in the neighborhood of Bower Reservoir called the Grasshopper Trail, and Battle Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Dry Lake Spring, and obviously Camel Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth a visit. Little Point is pretty near Bower Reservoir; if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Deep Creek. Summertime highs at Bower Reservoir commonly tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's.
