People from Boise City-Nampa love to come to Boise Cascade Lake; after a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Boise is a good place to spend a night or two. So much fun stuff to do here at Boise Cascade Lake, too tremendous to be true. Quail Hollow Golf Club is a fine golf course close by; you can never get enough of the brilliant skiing at Tamarack. | | hey, Crane Creek is a perfect local stream. For the period of the summer here at Boise Cascade Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 90's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Boise Cascade Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Payette River, and a lake close by is Lake Elmore. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Americana Kampground is a delightful local campground; a glorious close by hotel is Vista Inn Boise. Good hiking is available along the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail, and you could always look at Boise Valley. There's whitewater on
Grimes Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Bogus Basin if you're here. Boise Cascade Lake is not the only place nearby, Blacks Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake. Not much
rain falls here at Boise Cascade Lake; November is the wettest month with most rain while July is mostly the driest month.
