This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Blue Lake, you could pop by Lake Creek, and Snake River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. Around Blue Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Blue Lake. If you came for an overnight       stay Gem Trailer Village is a good site to camp; why not camp at Black Pine Campground since you're here at Blue Lake. All through the summer here at Blue Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's.
