At Blue Lake throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while Blue Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Not much precipitation falls here at Blue Lake; most of the rain falls all through June, and the driest month of       the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is fine here at Blue Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bloomington Lake Trail, and if you came to camp Cloverleaf Campground is a glorious place to do that. If you're here, you might as well have a look at Corral Hollow. Everybody loves Egan Basin, and do stop at Hidden Lake, it's a wonderful lake. On a fine day at Blue Lake you can take a hike along the Midland Trail; a splendid location for whitewater                  paddling is Logan River. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Beaver Mountain, and camping at Porcupine Campground is always a great experience. Yeah, come here to Blue Lake for a splendid time.
