This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to encounter some wonderful folks from Boise City-Nampa here. Blacks Creek Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, United Campgrounds is a great local campground, and Blacks Creek Dam is not far at all from Blacks Creek Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Atlasta Mobile Home and RV Park is a pleasant place to do that, and let's not forget Blacks       Creek which is a stream that you may stumble upon while here. After a long day outdoors Bridgestreet River Quarry is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two, and there's whitewater on Mores Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Tamarack is a nice local ski area; Sandy Point Beach is reasonably nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Blacks Creek Reservoir. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. High temperatures                  through the wintertime are normally in the 30's; night lows at Blacks Creek Reservoir throughout the winter regularly sink into the 20's. There's perfect hiking along the Hulls Gulch Nature Trail, and a good nearby hotel is Best Western Northwest Lodge. It is very dry here at Blacks Creek Reservoir frequently; all through November this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many exciting things to do at Blacks Creek Reservoir, so little time.
