China Cap is a peak you can see from Blackfoot Reservoir; soar down the rapids of Blackfoot River in a kayak. An interesting thing to explore in close proximity to Blackfoot Reservoir is China Cap Dam, and Blackfoot Reservoir is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Brigham Young Lodge and Trailer is a nice local campground. There's so much to do here at Blackfoot Reservoir       that you need to camp here for a while, Whitelock's Marina and RV Park is a fine spot for that; if you get bored of Blackfoot Reservoir you could also take a look at close by Hole in the Rock. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bear River, and Blackfoot Reservoir is not the only place close by, Gronewell Lake is a close by lake. This place, Blackfoot Reservoir, it completely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. A splendid nearby hotel                  is Riverside Hot Springs Inn. High temperatures at Blackfoot Reservoir during the days of summer are in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's.
