Wet Weather Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by; hiking is a popular thing to do around Bishop Lake; Blind Creek Trail is a good local trail. While you're here at Bishop Lake, you could also visit striking Sagebrush Spring Reservoir, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Myers Creek Trail. Island Park Village Resort is a fine site to get some rest; if you came for an overnight       stay Mill Creek Campground is a brilliant place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent site near Bishop Lake is Porcupine Canyon; during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Rexburg for sure. Camping is available at Jackson Landing Campground, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Henrys Fork. It is very waterless here at Bishop Lake typically; through June this                  area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
