Bilk Lake is a lake worth visiting. At Bilk Lake all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Bilk Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail, and Bilk Mountain is wonderful and can be observed from here. Bilk

| | Lake is right by the Nez Perce Trail. Lakes are great; Running Lake is a lake that's near Bilk Lake.
Having a tremendous time at Bilk Lake is simple. Stay the night at Cedar Flats Campground. The Clearwater Mountains scenery is always beautiful. From a precipitation point of view Bilk Lake is a pretty common place; most of the snow falls during January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

here in the Clearwater Mountains. Hiking along the Old Nez Perce Indian Trail is pleasant fun, and drift down the rapids of Selway River in a kayak. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Moose Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bilk Lake has to offer, you can camp at Poet Creek Campground.
