There's whitewater on Pack River for all you adrenaline people, and Sand Mountain can be spotted from Beaver Lake. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Pack River, and Schweitzer is a very popular ski area around here. This is a popular spot for folks from Coeur d'Alene. Now, you may believe that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Beaver Lake. There is a wonderful hiking trail in the neighborhood of Beaver Lake called the Grouse Mountain

At Beaver Lake you don’t see much rainfall; through November this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Beaver Lake. lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT, NORTH. There's so much to do here at Beaver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Lake RV Park is a great spot for that. This
lake is so wonderful. Beaver Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Deep Creek Campground is a nice local campground, and the Upper North Fork Grouse Creek Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby.
