If the weather is wonderful, you obtain a pleasant panorama       of Lem Peak from Bear Valley Lakes, and Craters Of The Moon National Monument is a very fine place to stop at. Camping at Royal Gorge Motel is always a magnificent experience, as expected you could also stop by Buck Lakes since you're here; it's not far at all. Around Bear Valley Lakes you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls through June, and the driest month is February. That right there is loads of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on,                  the Lemhi Range has it all.
