Bayhorse Lake is a location that is pretty dried up usually; December is the wettest month with most snow; July is the month with the least moisture. Dry warm beds await you at Clarion Inn Ketchum. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bayhorse Lake has to offer, you can camp at Mill Creek Campground. So much entertaining stuff in the Salmon River Mountains, just tremendous.       There's perfect hiking along the Twin Buttes Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Salmon River - Yankee Fork offers some great whitewater. A magnificent location in the neighborhood of Bayhorse Lake is Spruce Gulch, and if you get bored of Bayhorse Lake you could also stop by close by Buster Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Buster Lake Dam in the neighborhood of Bayhorse Lake is wonderful, and there are some wonderful whitewater                  spots on Salmon River. This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains. This place is unbeatable, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do in close proximity to Bayhorse Lake. Bayhorse Lake is a glorious spot to camp, Bayhorse Campground is a glorious spot. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Bayhorse Lake, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, regularly in the 30's.
