At Ashton Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Harriman State Park is a great local campground, and Box Canyon is a great site to spend some time. This lake is so wonderful. Ashton Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, Jessen's RV and Bed and Breakfast is a great place       to camp nearby, and do have a look at Lemon Lake, it's a charming lake. Here at Ashton Reservoir there are plenty of people from Rexburg; get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Teton River. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Ashton Reservoir with night lows in the 40's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Ashton Reservoir.
