It's always fun to stop by Appendix Lake. Through the days of summer highs here at Appendix Lake reach the 90's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Appendix Lake dip into the 20's. It is very dehydrated here at Appendix Lake mostly; during the month of May you get the most rain around here

on Little Salmon River is so much fun; after a long day outdoors Western Mountain Lodge is a delightful location to spend a night or two. This lake is located in the wonderful Wallowa Mountains.

lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Seven Devils Campground; hiking along the Heavens Gate Trail is pleasant fun. Whitewater paddling is good on Snake River, and do take a hike on the Old Boise Trail.
No way I can stop,
cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Appendix Lake. Appendix Lake is not the only location nearby, Baldy Lake is a nearby lake, and this is a fine location in the shadow of the Seven Devils Mountains.
