If you go for the outdoors, you'll like Andys Lakes. Andys Lakes is not the only site nearby, Fire Lake is a nearby lake; the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National Recreation Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. Yeah, come up here to the Clearwater Mountains for a good time. Andys Lakes is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Rackliff Campground is a nice local campground, and going for a hike on the Mule Creek Trail is always a delightful       adventure. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Clearwater Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. If you get bored of Andys Lakes, you could also stop by nearby Coolwater Lake, and get wet paddling on Selway River. There's so much to do here at Andys Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Knife Edge Campground is a wonderful location for that; one of the principal highlights of the surroundings of Andys Lakes is Andys Hump. A magnificent                  close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - GRANGEVILLE, and there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Elk Creek Trail. Andys Lakes is located in the Clearwater Mountains. The amount of rainfall that falls at Andys Lakes is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that snows the most; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Idaho Point is a glorious spot to visit while in the vicinity; whitewater paddling is fine on Lochsa River. For the duration of the long summer days, highs generally are in the 80's at Andys Lakes with night lows in the 40's.
