Ranch Reservoir truly is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. A glorious close by hotel is Sleep Inn Mountain Home, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Devils Creek Trail. Best Western Foothills Motor Inn is
a perfect site to get some rest, and if you have the time, Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument is a national park worth going to.
This lake is so wonderful. Anderson Ranch Reservoir is right by the Roaring River Trail. At Anderson
Ranch Reservoir you always meet someone from Mountain Home, and do take a hike on the Sheep Drive Trail. Very great water scenery is available at Anderson Ranch Dam close to Anderson Ranch Reservoir, and Anderson Ranch Reservoir is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Evans Creek Campground is a wonderful local campground.
