You just should have a thing about the Sawtooth Range. These mountains rock, just look at all the fun things to do in the Sawtooth Range. A pretty lake like Bowknot Lake near Alice Lake is a magnificent       spot to check out, and you can go for a hike on the Bull Moose Trail. Alice Lake is one of the lakes here in the Sawtooth Range. During the warm days of summer at Alice Lake highs are usually in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 30's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows during the wintertime for Alice Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm spots, why not have a look at Twin Lakes in                  the vicinity of Alice Lake; there are perfect locations to look at along the Yellow Belly Trail. Alice Lake gets very little rainfall; most of the snow falls during December while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Alice Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Smoky Bear Campground is a perfect local campground, and great hiking is available along the Yuba River Trail.
