     Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites BURLINGTON; probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Sunfish Lake is just a very short distance away. If you came for an overnight stay 7 Ponds Park is a pleasant site to camp, and after a long day outdoors Howard Johnson Burlington is a fine place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. This is a delightful vicinity for people who like lakes. Halls Lake is a lake in close proximity,  
   and needless to say Diggins Slough is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. People from Muscatine love to come to Spitznogle Lake; why not camp at Lake Odessa Campground while you're here at Spitznogle Lake.
I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Spitznogle Lake. A common amount of rain falls here at Spitznogle Lake; the month with most of the rain is July, and February meanwhile is the driest month. All through the summer at Spitznogle
 
               Lake highs are mostly in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Spitznogle Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
