The annual rainfall here at South Twin Lake is about average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; January is the month with the least moisture. South Twin Lake is a good place to camp, Twin Lakes Trailer Court is a good place, and not far from South Twin Lake you'll locate North Twin Lake which is a striking lake. Throughout the summertime months, highs mostly are in       the 80's at South Twin Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at South Twin Lake fall into the 0's.
