     Lake Darling State Park is a perfect local campground, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Jefferson County Park Trail. Fairfield Golf & Country Club is a fine golf course nearby, and there is a glorious hiking trail close by called the Kewash Nature Trail. At Reservoir Number Two through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, usually in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's  
   while Reservoir Number Two night low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant nearby hotel is Best Western Fairfield Inn, and why not camp at Camper's Corner if you're here at Reservoir Number Two.
Man, is there loads of entertaining stuff to do close to Reservoir Number Two. Do have a look at Reservoir Number One near Reservoir Number Two, it's a pretty lake. While you're here at Reservoir Number Two, you could
 
               also have a look at delightful Walton Lake, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Fairfield is a glorious location to spend a night or two. From a rain point of view Reservoir Number Two is a pretty common spot; most of the rain falls throughout July, and February is the month with the least moisture.

After that it is not as pretty, not many trees and several chemical plants along the way. It takes one hour each way at a fast pace....
