If you like lakes and you're in this part of Iowa you can check out Minnow Ponds. If you came to camp Cenla Campground is a great site to do that; a scenic lake like Grovers Lake is a tremendous place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. At Minnow Ponds you always meet someone from Spirit Lake; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Riverside Hills. This lake is so wonderful. You completely ought to like Minnow Ponds. Dry warm beds await you at Village East Resort, and Indian Hills Golf Club is a great golf course close by. Minnow Ponds gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain; January is when it's the driest. Swamps don’t sound that splendid but Jemmerson Slough close to Minnow Ponds is reasonably splendid; after a long day outdoors Spirit Lake Super 8 Motel
is a great location to spend a night or two. Minnow Ponds is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, White Oaks Camp Grounds is a glorious local campground. Not far from Minnow Ponds you locate Atwell Point, and Omaha Beach is
reasonably nearby if you're in a beach type of mood.
For the duration of the summer here at Minnow Ponds, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's. High temperatures during the
wintertime are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Minnow Ponds during the winter ordinarily fall into the 0's.
