Lake Meyer is right by the Oneota Drive Recreational Trail; why not camp at Waucoma Campground while you're       here at Lake Meyer. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Twin Springs Trail, and if you're a golfer then a pleasant nearby course is South Winn Golf & Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Lower Ice Cave Trail; if you get bored of Lake Meyer you could also go to nearby Volga Lake. At Lake Meyer Dam close to Lake Meyer there are some attention-grabbing things to see, and if you need a site to stay Hotel                  Winneshiek is a wonderful choice. Rogers Creek is a magnificent local stream, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn By Carlson Decorah. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Meyer with night lows in the 60's.
