go to, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Manawa; Copper Creek Connector Trail is a good local trail. Man, is there lots of fun stuff to do close to Lake Manawa. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop at Base Lake
in the vicinity of Lake Manawa, and the Boyer Chute Trails offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Manawa that you need to camp here for a while, Bluffs Run RV Park at Horseshoe Casino
is a glorious site for that; if you need a site to stay Days Inn Council Bluffs, Ia Lake Manawa is a nice choice.
