This lake is so wonderful. On a fine day it's a great idea to spend the day at Fillenworth Beach, and you can hit the beach if you want, Kruses Beach is practically right here. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of people from Spirit Lake here at Lower Gar Lake, and       a glorious close by hotel is Bridges Bay Resort. Lakes? Sure, Minnewashta Lake is close by; Rodeway Inn & Suites near Okoboji Lake is a great place to get some rest. Head up to Riverside Hills and strap some skis to your feet, and going for a hike along the Horseshoe Bend Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. You just must adore Lower Gar Lake. Upper Gar Lake is a good lake in the neighborhood of Lower Gar Lake, and camping at Lakewood                  Park Resort is always a delightful experience. Hiking along the Barney Peterson Memorial Trail is nice fun, and near Lower Gar Lake you find a golf course called Emerald Hills Golf Club. Lower Gar Lake is a good location of common precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June; January is the month with the least moisture. At Lower Gar Lake throughout the summertime months highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's.
