Summertime highs at Lost Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's; the night is rather cooler of course, commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's; night lows through the wintertime for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Seven Oaks are so inviting noone can resist, and Boone Super 8 Motel is a magnificent spot to get some rest. Playing golf is lots of fun       at Honey Creek Golf Club; if you came to camp Ledges State Park is a great location to do that. Be careful coming to Lost Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. An average amount of rainfall falls at Lost Lake; most of the rain falls during June while January is generally the driest month. During your journey to Lost Lake you'll meet some people from Boone for sure; Lost Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Don Williams                  Campground is a wonderful local campground.
