Throughout the days of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Lizard Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and overnight lows at Lizard Lake throughout the winter frequently drop into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Park View Inn & Suites is a fine site to get some rest. If you come at the right time of year, Lizard Creek       - SouthBr. offers some perfect whitewater. There's so much to do here at Lizard Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Grotto Of The Redemption is a fine location for that. From a rain point of view Lizard Lake is a quite common spot; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
