During the summertime months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Lake Wahaboncey. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Wahaboncey temperatures fall       to the 10's. Camping is available at Haworth Park Campground; playing golf is lots of fun at Lake Ridge Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Topliff Reservoir next to Lake Wahaboncey, it's a scenic lake, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Steamboat Trace Trail. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Best Western Nebraska City Inn is a tremendous site to get some rest, and since you're here you will                  meet lots of people from close by Omaha-Council Bluffs. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Nebraska City is a delightful spot to spend a night or two, and a journey to Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail is recommended. Camping at Woodmen Of The World Ne Camp is always a pleasant experience, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Copper Creek Connector Trail. Lake Wahaboncey gets a normal amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
